Synchronising the password authentication in invigilatorPlus with your LMS exam settings.
- Select ‘Exams’ from the left-hand side navigation.
- Hit the linked Exam Name to edit the settings.
- Hit the pen icon in the top-right corner of the Exam Authentication group to edit.
- Edit the following as required:
Authentication Type: Select your LMS (eg: Moodle or Canvas) from the dropdown menu.
If you select ‘Moodle’:
Enter Moodle Quiz Fields: Hit this link to autofill the default ID values for the next two fields:
Password Control Id: The default entry for this field is: id_quizpassword
Password Submit Button Id: The default entry for this field is: id_submitbutton
If you select ‘Canvas’:
Enter Canvas Quiz Fields: Hit this link to autofill the default ID values for the next field:
Password Control Id: The default entry for this field is: quiz_access_code
Password: Copy and paste the password you set for the exam in your LMS.
- Hit the Save button.
