How reports are prepared and what they include.
CampusQ will inform your organisation when reports are ready to be viewed after the completion of an exam.
An Incident Report is prepared for each student who has been flagged for one or more incidents during an exam. These reports are based on the automatically recorded event logs (informational incidents), manual incident flags created by the invigilator, the transcript of the chat between the invigilator and the student, the webcam video and the desktop screen video.
For a list of incident types that may be logged, see Incident types that are reported.
Reports are written by the invigilator, then reviewed by the CampusQ exam supervisor.
For each student who requires a report the following information is summarised:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Student Number
- Exam Session: Either ‘Completed’ or ‘Not Attempted’
- Critical: Number of recorded incidents categorised as ‘Critical’
- High: Number of recorded incidents categorised as ‘High’
- Moderate: Number of recorded incidents categorised as ‘Moderate’
- Technical: Number of recorded incidents categorised as ‘Technical’
- Informational: Number of automatically recorded events, eg: ‘Student Connected’ or ‘Student Disconnected’
- Status: This column will be blank until a report is finalised, and it will then show ‘Published’.
To review a report for a specific student:
- Select ‘Exams’ from the left-hand side navigation.
- Select ‘Search Exams’ to view the list of exams available.
- Select the Exam by clicking on its Name.
- Select ‘Incident Activity Report’.
- Hit the linked ‘First Name’ of the student to open their report. *
You will then be able to view:
- time-stamped informational incidents: automatically recorded events, eg: ‘Student Connected’ or ‘Student Disconnected’
- time-stamped manual incident flags by the invigilator
- time-stamped transcript of the chat between the invigilator and the student
- webcam video
- desktop screen video
- final report
* Occasionally students will only have a last name, but no first name. In this instance, the link to their report will be a dot.
