People who need to be on stand-by on assessment day
The following people should be on stand-by from the Check-in Time for each Exam until the end of the Exam (calculated by adding the Exam Duration to the Cut-off Time). Contact details (name, email address and phone number) for each person should be provided to CampusQ:
- At least one technical support contact in case of problems with your LMS during an exam. At least one person must be on call during each exam.
- At least one exam coordinator. At least one person must be on call during each exam to make decisions about whether students presenting with various problems may sit the assessment, or who can assist with student enquiries regarding the test format.
In addition, CampusQ should be supplied with an email address or phone number that can be provided to any students who have issues with rules or content during an exam.
