Types of support and contact methods for students.
Technical support
Available from 48 hours prior to exam day
Prior to an exam, support and troubleshooting articles can be accessed on the invigilatorPlus website when a student is logged in via their online learning platform.
Technical support for students is provided via email: support@invigilatorplus.com.au
Available from Exam Check-in Time
During an exam, support can be accessed via the ‘Help and Support’ button on the right-hand side of the student’s invigilatorPlus tab.
Live technical support for students is provided via chat. It is available from Exam Check-in Time, which is generally 30 minutes before an exam, through to exam completion.
Other support
During an exam, students can contact their invigilator via chat with any questions. Invigilators will direct them to the correct avenue of support.
CampusQ exam supervisors have the option to contact each student via their phone during an exam, should this be required.
