Add Students to an Exam

While students are generally assigned to an Exam by batch process, a single Student account can also be assigned to an Exam.

Students are generally batch assigned to Exams using the API functions.

Students must first be added to invigilatorPlus before they can be added to an Exam.

To assign a single Student to an Exam:

• Select the ‘Exams’ section from the left-hand side navigation.
• Select ‘Search Exams’.
• Select the relevant Exam by clicking on its Exam Name.
• Select the ‘Students’ section.
• Hit the ‘Add Student’ button.
• Begin typing either the first name, last name or student number of the Student that you wish to add. A list of any matching Student accounts appears.
• Select the Student that you wish to add.
• If relevant, select a Sub Exam. (Only available if a Sub Exam has been created.) 
• Hit ‘Yes’ to confirm your selection.
